A4CT operates in formal partnership with SSS Training Academy to deliver nationally and internationally recognised programmes across the construction and built environment sectors.

This partnership enables the structured delivery of development programmes aligned to recognised industry frameworks, including CDM 2015 principles, BSI Flex 8670, and emerging green skills priorities. The programmes integrate competence, well-being, legal awareness, and sustainability, with a clear focus on the prevention of harm through responsible practice.

At the centre of this partnership is a 12-month structured programme designed to inspire behavioural and cultural change over time. Rather than relying on one-off training interventions, the framework reinforces shared standards, accountability, and professional responsibility—embedding competence in practice and strengthening organisational culture.

Through this strategic alignment, organisations are supported in developing capability that reflects operational realities, recognised standards, and long-term performance objectives.
